Currently your registered information needs changing on request by email.

Any links are welcomed by us.

Q – Do you accept cheques in the post as well as online payments and if so who do I send the cheques to?

Unfortunately for security reasons, we are unable to accept payment by cheque. We only accept payment online.

Q – Do you accept all types of debit and credit cards?

Yes, most major credit/debit cards are accepted by Weston Business Directory.

Q – How do I know my advertisement will produce me work?

Weston Business Directory is investing 10% percent of your money back into the newspapers at least once a month. We are also working hard to enable everyone to become aware of our new business directory by leaflet distribution and promotional material.

Q - How do i know its secure for an online payment?

We use a third party provider called paypal for card transactions and we can guarantee that the payments are 100% secure through them.

Q - What will my card display once a payment has been made

Once you make a payment, your credit/debit card statement will show "EADETECHLIM".

Banner Advertisement

Q - How many times a day will my banner be shown?

Banners are displayed randomly per day, so theres no guarantee how many times they can be shown.

Q - Do I have to email the banner over, or do you design the banner for me?

We will design the banner for you based on the description given when you fill in the signup form.

Q - I have a company logo that i want on the banner, can i upload this?

Uploading of logos is not a feature of this website at the moment

Q - Can my banner link to my company website?

Yes, we can provide that service, plus if you have this service, then you can monitor the amount of click through statistics from the directory to your website.

Full Adverts

Q - Can i display a logo on my full advert?

Full adverts do not accept logo's at present, but are there for displaying your full company details including website and email address.
